“Sticks and stones may break my bones. But, words will never harm me!”
We all enter negative mindsets, (guilt, shame, defeatism…) from time to time. I know I do. It’s common, human and in very small doses serves a purpose- introspection, higher gratitude, clarification. Like yin and yang, black and white, up and down, positive mindsets would not exist without their relative opposing negative counterparts.
