There are no small miracles; all miracles are magnificient in the blessings they bestow us.

Give ample thanks to whichever being(s)/entity watches over you and you believe in. Be it: God, Source, Universe, Goddess, Angels, Mother Earth.

Dance, sing, laugh, pray, hug, pay it forward;

Give thanks in its multitude of forms. The energy will only expand and come back to you again.

The 3 Things Life Has Taught Me

My son’s birthday is quickly approaching, and it has gotten me to pondering about life, the world and EVERYthing! So, the other night after a joyfully peaceful gratitude and chakra meditation, I began to wonder what have I learned from life so far?:

Life is short, but long enough. All the lessons, tools and guides are already here to help us along our journey. The Universe has provided us with the equipment to grow, thrive and flourish into authentic beings.

Life is often as bountiful and abundant as we are grateful for. The more genuine gratitude we show and extend, the more we have to be thankful for. And, the more we realize just how much we truly have gives way to greater thanksgiving. Appreciation energies attract more of the same leading to greater abundance and joy.

What are you doing for YOU each day? In our crisis driven, high stress world, we often stop to ask ourselves this basic, but important question only at difficult times. At times when we are almost too overwhelmed to draw upon the tools in our well-being toolbox. Many of us find we are having to schedule AND reschedule some much needed self-care time.
